Benchmark results of a certain smartphone listed as ‘Unknown Heart’ and allegedly the Nokia 9 has been spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 835 processor and 6GB RAM.
The smartphone, if real, will be sold by HMD Global – the Finnish company that owns the rights to use the Nokia brand in smartphones. The Nokia 9 will certainly be the next flagship of the smartphone company if it actually exists.
The listing on Geekbench shows the smartphone as being powered by a Snapdragon 835 and featuring 6GB RAM under the hood. It also shows the device will run Android 7.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. This is not the first time Nokia 9 has been found on a benchmark site. Nokia 9 has been allegedly listed on AnTuTu and Geekbench, with the model number TA-1004.
Nokia 9 is said to come with a 5.27-inch WQHD display with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels, Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM or 6GB RAM, dual 13MP rear cameras, along with 64GB storage. According to other reports, the flagship phone might hit the markets at the end of Q3, while its price is said to be pegged at around $699 in the US.
HMD Global’s current offerings in the Nokia-branded portfolio include: Nokia 6, Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and Nokia 3310.
